Maintaining good health over Summer: What our teenagers need throughout the silly season.

Having come from what is classically a busy December period with end-of-year parties, stretched social calendars, late bedtimes and lots of different food to usual… our nervous systems are taxed. Although we all have the ability to heal and handle demanding periods, we need to nurture this inborn capacity in order to thrive and experience good health through this time.

This episode dives into the effects December usually has on the nervous system of kids, how this plays out in health and behaviour, and the best way to keep your kids fit, healthy and rocking this Summer.
