The more resilient we are neurologically, the better our bodies are able to heal from intense bouts of stress, whether that be acute or chronic. Many of our families and community are experiencing this stress right now, however even if you aren’t personally affected by what has been happening with NZ earlier we are hearing “This feels like lockdown all over again” or “my anxiety came back the minute I heard there was an announcement” a lot right now.
