These recipes are delicious and nutritious. Eating well is important to keep you strong, healthy and happy-so grab your aprons, wash your hands and create some delicious goodies!
Immune Boosting Gummies
Gummies are a great way to boost your immune system with the building blocks it needs for a healthy Winter. Especially as these ones are loaded with Vitamin C!
2 Cups Liquid (we love the HomeGrown juice brand, or you could do a mix of any of your own home made juices)
4 Tbsp Gelatine (we love the Nutraorganics brand)
- Pour the liquid into a pot and sprinkle the gelatin over top, mix gently
- Leave for a few minutes to bloom and thicken
- Heat on low and stir continuously until the liquid is smooth and combined, careful to keep it warm not hot
- Pour into silicone molds (or a container works too) and leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Optional Extras
- Add ginger powder or a sprinkle of turmeric
- Honey
- Foraged For You – Mother’s Blend or Children’s Blend
- Vitamin C or Probiotics
3 Ingredient Banana Pancake
This three ingredient Pancake recipe is both nutritious and easy to make, combining the natural sweetness of ripe bananas with the protein of eggs and the wholesome goodness of wholemeal self-raising flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option). Perfect for breakfast or snack.
1 small ripe banana
1 medium egg
2 tbsp wholemeal self-raising flour/almond flour (for gluten free option) oil spray or butter
- Mash banana in a medium bowl until smooth. Whisk in egg, then flour until smooth. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil or melt some butter, and heat over medium heat. Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into pan and spread out with the back of a spoon until 1cm thick. Repeat with remaining batter to make 2 more pancakes.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden. Turn and cook for 1-2 minutes or until pancakes are golden and cooked through.
